Ingredients:
– 1oz Chai-Infused Heavy Cream
-.5oz Amaro Averna
-1.5oz Dark-Aged Rum
-2.5oz Pabst Hard Coffee
-1 cup ice (pebble ice recommended)
To Prep: (chai-infused heavy cream)
Take a chai tea packet and let it steep in heavy whipping cream for about 15 minutes.
Add chai-infused heavy cream, amaro Averna, dark-aged rum, and Pabst Hard Coffee to a blender. Add 1 cup of pebble ice and blend.
Pour into a chocolate-drizzled glass then top with whipped cream. Sprinkle freshly grated cinnamon.
