“BLUE RIBBON LUNCHBOX”

Ingredients

– 1oz Chilled Amaretto

– 4oz Orange Juice

– 6oz OG Pabst Blue Ribbon

Combine all ingredients in a chilled double old fashioned glass. 

Garnish with orange wheel.

Sit back, relax and enjoy! 

“DIRTY DIABLO”

Ingredients

– 3 Slices of Cucumber

– 2 Jalapeño Slices 

– .5oz Agave Syrup 

– 1oz Lime Juice 

– 1.5oz Blanco Tequila 

– OG Pabst Blue Ribbon 

– Hot Sauce 

Add 3 slices of cucumber, 2 jalapeño slices and agave syrup to a tumbler and muddle. 

Then add lime juice, blanco tequila, hot sauce and ice. 

Shake, then strain into a glass over ice. 

Top with Pabst Blue Ribbon and enjoy! 

“TROPICAL BEER-MOSA”

Ingredients

– 2oz High Pulp Orange Juice

– 1oz Pineapple Nectar

– 1oz Mango Nectar

– OG Pabst Blue Ribbon

Add orange juice, pineapple and mango nectar to a glass. Top with Pabst Blue Ribbon. 

Garnish with a pineapple wedge.

Enjoy! 

“PUNKY BREWSTER”

Ingredients

– 1oz Chai-Infused Heavy Cream

-.5oz Amaro Averna

-1.5oz Dark-Aged Rum

-2.5oz Pabst Hard Coffee

-1 cup ice (pebble ice recommended)

To Prep: (chai-infused heavy cream) 

Take a chai tea packet and let it steep in heavy whipping cream for about 15 minutes. 

Add chai-infused heavy cream, amaro Averna, dark-aged rum, and Pabst Hard Coffee to a blender. Add 1 cup of pebble ice and blend. 

Pour into a chocolate-drizzled glass then top with whipped cream. Sprinkle freshly grated cinnamon. 

Enjoy! 

“peach-br smash”

Ingredients

– Ripe Peach

– Basil

– 3/4oz Lemon Juice

– 1/2oz Simple Syrup 

– 2oz Irish Whiskey 

– Pabst Hard Tea

Add 4 slices of peach, 2 pieces of basil, lime juice, simple syrup and whiskey into a tumbler, then muddle. Add ice and shake. 

Pour into tall glass, add more ice, then top with Pabst Hard Tea. Add peach and basil garnish. 

Enjoy!

“Golden hour”

Ingredients

– 1.5oz Vodka

– .5oz Fresh Lemon Juice

– .5oz Agave Nectar

– 1.5oz Peach Nectar

– OG Pabst Blue Ribbon

– Angostura Bitters

In shaker, add vodka, lemon juice, agave and peach nectar – add ice, then shake. 

Strain over ice, add 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters, then top with OG Pabst Blue Ribbon. 

Garnish with lime wheel. 

Enjoy!

“SUMMER MELON”

Ingredients

– .5oz Simple Syrup

-2oz Watermelon Juice

-1oz Vodka 

– OG Pabst Blue Ribbon  

Mix simple syrup, watermelon juice and vodka into a tumbler with ice. Shake, then strain over ice and top with OG Pabst Blue Ribbon. 

Sit back, relax and enjoy! 

“BLUE DREAM”

Ingredients

– 1.5oz Rum 

-1oz Lime Juice 

-1oz Blueberry Puree

-1/2oz Simple Syrup 

-2oz Pabst Stronger Seltzer (Lime) 

Mix rum, lime juice, blueberry puree and simple syrup into a tumbler. Strain over ice, then top with Pabst Stronger Seltzer lime. Garnish with mint + enjoy! 

“WAKE UP CALL”

Ingredients

– 6oz Pabst Hard Coffee

– 5oz Citrus Tonic

-1/2oz Orange-Cardamom Syrup*

In a pint glass or mason jar, combine all ingredients with ice, then stir and garnish with an orange peel. 

*To Make Orange-Cardamom Syrup 

– 1/2 cup Sugar

– 1/2 cup Water

– 2 Lightly Crushed Cardamom Pods

– Zest of Half of a Medium Orange

Place all ingredients into saucepan on medium heat. Stir continuously until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes. Fine strain solids from syrup. Store in refrigerator until use. 

“PEACH, PLEASE”

Ingredients

– 1/2oz Simple Syrup

– 1oz Lemon Juice

–  3/4oz Peach Juice

– 1/2oz Aperol

– 1.5oz Pabst White Whiskey

– 2oz Pabst Hard Tea

Add to tumbler, add ice, then shake. Strain over ice then garnish with a peach slice.  

Enjoy!

“MY FAVORITE BAND IS PICKLEBACK”

Ingredients

– 1.5oz Grillo’s Pickles Italian Dill Spears Juice

– .25oz Green Pepper Hot Sauce

–  .25 oz Lemon Juice

– 1.5oz Irish Whiskey

– Large Pinch of Garlic Powder

– Cracked Pepper 

– OG Pabst Blue Ribbon 

Add all ingredients to a tumbler (except Pabst Blue Ribbon) with 4 ice cubes, then shake. Strain into a large glass with ice. Top with Pabst Blue Ribbon. Stir to incorporate and garnish with a delicious Grillo’s Pickle. 

Drink. Eat pickle. Enjoy!  

 

 

“MIDNIGHT DELIGHT”

Ingredients

– 1/4 oz Coconut Cream

– 1/2 oz Fernet-Branca

–  1 oz Kentucky Bourbon 

– 3 oz Pabst Hard Coffee 

Add to tumbler, shake and strain over crushed ice in a collins glass. 

Enjoy! 

 

“PABST HARD COFFEE FLOAT”

Ingredients: (for 1 serving)

– 1/2 Pint Vanilla Ice Cream

– 1/2 Can Pabst Hard Coffee 

– Handful of Mini Chocolate Chips

– 1/2 Cup Sparkling Water 

Add ice cream, Hard Coffee, chocolate chips and sparkling water into a chilled glass. 

Relax + Enjoy! 

 

“PABST CUBANO COCO”

Ingredients:

– 1/2 Can of Pabst Hard Coffee

– 1.5 oz Rum 

– 3.0 oz Fresh Coconut Water 

Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and shake. 

Strain into a pint over fresh ice.

Garnish with oven roasted fresh coconut shavings.

“Mexican iced coffee with angostura spiced whipped cream”

Ingredients:

– Angostura Bitters

– 1.5 oz Tequila

– Pabst Hard Coffee

– 1 Cup Heavy Cream

– 1 Tablespoon Sugar

Add 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters, 1.5oz tequila and Pabst Hard Coffee into a tumbler. Shake with ice, then pour over rocks. Add 1 cup heavy cream, 1 tablespoon sugar and 5-6 dashes of Angostura Bitters to blender and blend. 

Top drink with angostura spiced whipped cream and grated chocolate.

“SMOKEY JOE”

Ingredients:

– 2 oz Pabst Hard Coffee

– 1.5 oz Mezcal

– .5 oz Kahlua

– Dark Chocolate

– Chili Powder

Add Hard Coffee, Mezcal and Kahlua into a tumbler then shake vigorously for froth. Pour and garnish with dark chocolate shavings and 2-3 sprinkles of chili powder. Relax and enjoy!

 

“PIRATES OF THE BLUE RIBBON”

Ingredients:

– .5 oz Coconut Rum

– .5 oz Spiced Rum

– Pabst Hard Coffee

– Whipped Cream

– Coconut Flakes

Mix Coconut + Spiced Rum over ice. Add Pabst Hard Coffee. Top with whipped cream and garnish with coconut flakes. Enjoy!
