HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, look for Sponsor’s Sweepstakes Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter post (the “Sweepstakes Post”) inviting followers to enter for a chance to win a prize. On the Sweepstakes Post, entrants must follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form. You must be a registered user of preferred social media platform and follow @pabstblueribbon in order to enter the Sweepstakes. Instagram, Twitter and Facebook registration is free and can be obtained by logging on to www.Instagram.com,  www.facebook.com or www.twitter.com and following the online instructions to open an account. If entering with a mobile phone or other web-enabled device and using your wireless carrier’s network, standard data charges from your wireless carrier may apply. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and any other applicable charges. Entrants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges. Your settings must be set to “unprotected” and/or “public” in order for your posts to be viewable by Sponsor and its agents. Only posts that are viewable by Sponsor and its agents will be considered an Entry. All Entries must be received and recorded during the Sweepstakes Period. No other forms of Entry are valid.

DRAWING:  On or about each Random Drawing Date listed in the Entry Chart, prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all timely received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

ELIGIBILITY:  Employees of Pabst Brewing Company, LLC (“Pabst”), their affiliates, as well as the advertising/promotion agency, and the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible to win.  Holders of wholesale or retail licenses and their employees are not eligible.

PRIZES:  There will be three (3) Grand Prizes awarded.  Each Grand Prize consists of one (1) pair of single-day tickets to the So What?! Festival occurring on May 27, 2022 through May 29, 2022 (A.R.V. $270.14). Total A.R.V of all prizes is $810.42. Winner is responsible for all registration, license fees, taxes, insurance and other expenses associated with the Grand Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any Grand Prize (or any part thereof) for an item (including in the form of a gift card and/or cash) of equivalent or greater value if for any reason. Festival date is subject to change. Transportation, accommodations, meals, gratuities and all other expenses not specified herein are solely winner’s responsibility. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. All standard venue terms and conditions apply. If Festival is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, winners will not be reimbursed for tickets. Each winner’s guest must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age of older. Grand Prize shall be referred to collectively herein as a “Prize” or “Prizes”.  All taxes on a Prize, and other expenses related to accepting and/or using a Prize not listed in these Official Rules, are the responsibility of the Winners. Winners will receive a Form 1099 reflecting the actual retail value of the Prize. Any difference stated between the ARV and the actual retail value of a Prize will not be awarded. Prizes are not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitution is allowed except, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES (INCLUDING EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES AND AFFILIATES) EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY ARISING FROM USE OR REDEMPTION OF A PRIZE, AS FURTHER SET FORTH IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY DAMAGES OR INJURIES SUSTAINED BY A FINALIST OR WINNER FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING FROM ANY PART OF TRAVEL AND ANY PART OF A PRIZE OR ANY OTHER CAUSE(S).

PUBLICITY: As a condition of Entry into the Sweepstakes, except where prohibited by law, each entrant grants to Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, unlimited, irrevocable, royalty-free license and right to publicize, broadcast, display and/or otherwise use the Sweepstakes entrant’s name, username, city, state and biographical material (collectively, “Licensed Rights”) in any media now known or hereafter devised throughout the universe in perpetuity, including for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes, without additional review, compensation, permission or approval. Entrants further agree: (1) that Sponsor may exercise any and all rights hereunder without attribution, notification or compensation to entrants; (2) that Sponsor shall have the right to freely assign his/her rights hereunder, in whole or in part, to any other person or entity, without notification or approval by Entrant; (3) that entrants may be contacted by the Sweepstakes Entities by telephone, mail, or e-mail, regarding this Sweepstakes; and (4) to sign and deliver to Sponsor such documents as Sponsor may reasonably require to effectuate the rights granted herein.

RULES: By entering or participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes Entities’ websites, and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for: (a) lost, late, illegible/garbled, corrupted, irregular, misdirected or stolen entries or transmissions; (b) any incorrect or inaccurate information or technical failures of any kind; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; or (d) any other computer, network, technical, human or other error, problem or malfunction that may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of Entry, or the selection or notification of winner. Further, if, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons outside the control of the Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes (or portion thereof), Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes (or portion thereof). In the event of such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension, Sponsor may select the winner from all eligible, non-suspect Entry received prior to such action. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify the Entry of any individual if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is (a) attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices, including without limitation, tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or any website operated by the Sweepstakes Entities and/or using or attempting to use any robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods; (b) violating these Official Rules or the terms of service, conditions of use, and/or general rules of any Sponsor property or service; or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. Potential Prize winner may be required to sign and return a Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and Form W9 (including the recording of their social security number for tax reporting purposes – as required by law) and, where permitted by law, Publicity Release within two (2) days after first notification attempt.

GENERAL: If Prize notification or Prize is returned as non-deliverable, Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected provided there is sufficient time remaining to award the Prize. No correspondence will be acknowledged. No cash equivalents, substitutions or transfer of Prize permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value in the event that an offered prize is unavailable. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other sweepstakes and/or promotion. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Sweepstakes Entities will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of any Prize or participation in the Sweepstakes or any Prize-related activities. Acceptance of a Prize shall be construed as and signify the winner’s agreement and consent that the Sweepstakes Entities and Licensees may use the winner’s name, image, voice, likeness, and/or Prize information, in all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, throughout the world, without notice or further compensation without limitation, for promotional purposes (which may include advertising) without further consideration, review, approval or payment, unless prohibited by law. This provision does not apply to winners from the state of Tennessee. Winner also grants the Sweepstakes Entities and Licensees the right to use and publish winners’ names and states of residence online, in print, and in any other media in connection with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer or in administration of the Sweepstakes

ADDITIONAL TERMS: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and Licensees, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents, and representatives from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, actions and liabilities of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt or redemption of a Prize.

DISPUTES:  ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZES AWARDED, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, AND EXCLUSIVELY BY ARBITRATION.  ANY AND ALL DISPUTES RELATING TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS AND THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION, FORUM AND VENUE SHALL BE IN THE STATE OR FEDERAL COURTS LOCATED IN TEXAS.  THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF.

USE OF DATA: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about the winner in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Please review the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy that can be found on their website https://pabst.com/privacy-policy/. By accepting the Prize, the winner hereby agrees to Sponsor’s collection and use of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, respectively.
