I am a friend of a great american band with great up and coming americana music.  They are avid drinkers of the best beer in america PBR.  They have a link on myspace.com  Clifton Roy and the Folkstringers.  Take a listen if you are interested.  I feel that if you enjoy a great beer such as PBR you will fully enjoy the musical stylings of Clfton Roy.

I would love to someday hear the music of clifton roy on the PBR website.

Thank you for reading my posting please feel free to stray to my space to listen and inform me of you opinions.  All feed backis apprectiated.  Thank you.

I've heard a song on youtube by some surf band that's actually pretty popular.

The name of the song is "Pabst Blue Ribbon".

Just type that in, in the search field .

i have never heard the song pabst blue ribbon, but back in the 50s or 60s jhonny russell made a country song called rednecks, white socks and blue ribbon beer. look it up the lyrics describe most of the pbr drinkers i know or have known.and as i tell pbr virgins only the best get blue ribbons, so only the best drink it.

Howdy,

The Tennessee Rounders do a good Pabst Blue Ribbon tune.  I have a recording of Bob Williams doing a Pabst song, it sounds like it's from the early 50's.  It's a great tune with amazing musicians.  Does anyone know if you can put songs on this site?  If not, it would be a great addition to the site.
